Julie Engfeldt

“Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced” ― Søren Kierkegaard

As an expat of 7 years, I have experienced the unique advantages and challenges of living and studying abroad. I therefore recognize the complex emotional landscape of living in a foreign country, including homesickness, culture shock and loneliness. I aim to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore both the challenges related to their expat status, as well as any other issues they might be facing. My goal is to help clients develop practical coping strategies and cultivate a sense of a well-being, through an approach grounded in empathy and understanding.
